Johnny- We're very sorry about the delay in you getting your order but it appears that you received your package the same day you sent in your review. With all of the postal office issues, you received your package a week later than we had thought you would. Please understand our estimate of the delivery time was just that since we didn't know how long the delivery delay would be.

I was charged November 15 2017 for my order $44.90 and I never received it, nor can I get a response from Braleys. It is now January 25 2018. I wouldn't normally leave a bad review, but with no communication from the company, I have no choice.
We're sorry that you're disappointed. We must point out that you gave us the wrong address to start with and didn't let us know until after the first order couldn't be delivered. We then sent you another order at our expense and we corresponded with you several times so we're not sure why you say there wasn't any communication.

As we said, this was beyond our control due to the Post Office being overwhelmed by the number of packages this holiday season. Did not receive by Christmas
David- We apologize for the fact your order didn't get to you before Christmas (it was actually delivered on Dec 26th). The post office wasn't prepared for the heavy volume this year and your order was one, among many, that got caught up in that delay.
